PS5 event in a little more than 4 hours.

How much you wanna bet they announce that there will be 102 PS4 games backwards compatible with PS5. That the system has some new tweaks like 3D audio and then go into a deep dive of the controller. They then show off the Unreal Engine 5 in action using a Tomb Raider-esq demo. Then they show the PS5 logo.

The end.

I strongly doubt all of that.

I anticipate Spiderman, teasers of God of War and Horizon. If that is there heavy hitters without a new IP, I will be disappointed, cause I am not interested in playing any of those game at the moment. Now, if they release a new Warhawk, well that's different. 😁

@Telekill: lol would be hillarious if true, but honestly doubt they going to host another event without showing any heavy hitters. Expect one or two launch titles for the ps5 announced( probaly Spider-Man 2 ) a trailer for gow2 and hzd 2 ( no release date) and a teaser for something maybe Bloodborne 2.

And of course a lot of TLOU 2

At least one new IP

Rockstar PS5 showcase (GTA V remaster, RDR2 port, The Agent, or announcing GTA 6)

Battlefield 6

Madden or FIFA

MLB The Show PS5.

And least likely but still possible, The PS5 itself.

Was happily playing Xenoblade, and forgot I needed to go to the LCBO. Looks like i'mma be about a quarter hour behind... Dammit.

Well, I can't say no to cool tech and games, even if I won't be playing them.

20 minutes to go. Nice music. Subtle and ambient, not bombastic and plastic like these kinds of shows usually go for.

Excited is too strong of a word since I don't know what to expect. I mainly looking forward to new IPs. 😊

@Zero_epyon: Good list! I agree with the first four. More uncertain about the other ones. Rockstar likes to do their own thing. Madden was at the Xbox showing. Battlefield 6 is a bit early?

I think we will get a teaser for the next GoW and/or Spiderman. New IP both small and big.

How will they show the new audio system? With Horizon 2?

Not really excited but still curious what Sony has for PS5 and the game I do wanna see more is Godfall cause that game has peak my interest.

I tend to keep my expectations low whenever next-gen console events starts.

My prediction: We'll see the strongest launch window lineup from Sony in PlayStation history.

I just want to see the console and get a price. Not expecting much more than teaser trailer announcements for games.
