Playstation Neo could really work and easy

They haven't told me shit and we don't know if they've told this guy anything. I'm not in the habit of believing things just anyone says.

And like I said above, it doesn't matter if they're happy or not. If they want the money, they'll deal with it (I'm assuming they want the money).

Nothing in that Giant Bomb article says anything about a developer being unhappy with the PS4 Neo. Why are you saying "we have a confirmation that many developers are NOT happy with this"? Our only source is a guy that works off donations who conveniently didn't name a single developer or give us another source for this claim. Developers have been coding for different hardware for decades. Have you ever heard of PC gaming? This isn't going to be difficult. And Sony is doing everything they can to avoid splitting their userbase.

Stop making things up. Or work on reading comprehension. I'm not sure which one it is at this point.

@kvally: You keep trying to say that Giant Bomb is claiming developers are upset about PS4 Neo. The links you have provided say nothing close to that but it's obviously something you want them to. Colin Moriarty is 1 source and is nothing more than a freelance entertainer since he left IGN. If developers were upset about making 2 PS4 versions we would have heard about it. They already make PS4, Xbox One and PC versions that support hundreds to thousands of different hardware configurations. This is a non issue to everyone other than those that are upset about the PS4 upgrade.

I swear, PS4K is just gonna be a system used to sell VR because the current systems are too weak to handle VR.

So much for this Gen... possibly the worst ever. Developers are not going to want to optimize their games twice, only a matter of time before PS4.5 exclusives arrive.

Tons of devs these days are awful at optimization. Splitting up their optimization efforts among 2 vastly different performing targets is going is going to be a fail for many devs like From Software.

Exactly, the same people who complain about the Neo are the same people who bought PS1/PS2/PS3 slim models even though they already had the fat models. So, who cares if the PS4 Neo provides better hardware to boot? You'll be playing the same damn games regardless.

All I know is I'm picking one up if its $399.99.

Coding for two console SKU's with a similar overall architecture is not harder than coding for multiple PC setups.

I got the PS4 the day it was released, I got the PS3 (but didn't play it online) in March of 2008, and I bought the PS1 and PS2 both a year after their release dates. I bought my PS4 for exclusives only.

I can add you to my PSN list for Bloodborne. I got destroyed again last night. I decided to boot up Dark Souls 1 for the first time. I got past the first like 4 or 5 regular enemies, got to the tutorial boss, and just died x 10 and gave up.

I don't know why anyone would complain. It's not like they are being forced to buy it. I never understood why people complain about options. I would buy it at $499, but hope that it is $399.

Another aside, Tommy Boy took place in Sandusky, OH. very close to me and know it very well. I have a large boat on Catawba Island and cruise over to Cedar Point, the roller coaster capital of the world on the shores of lake Erie in Sandusky, OH. all the time. Was in fact gonna have the boat craned in today but the weather here sucks. Next weekend me thinks. lol
