Ah, I get it now, my theory on people hating any of the systems due to not being able to afford them, and therefore having some aggression towards that cannot possibly be true, however, your theory on how one person makes an entire sekt of people despite a console must be true, I get it, you win the argument.

I got one, and has offered me nothing in gaming so far, Uncharted ended in a few hours, HS the same, Folklore was good, but this was only one game that lasted

In general i play 360, 99% of the time, PS3 is a good dust collector, like my Wii

that seems to be the biggest reason to hate a console, well, there are 2 reasons:
1. You hate the machine because it breaks (that's why some people hate the 360)
2. You hate the machine because it's out of your price range"
The odd part is, I don't see ps3 mentioned there, but it does go along with human psychology,

I wasn't making a post on the ludicris nature of people who "Hate" a console or anything, and I definetly didn't offer multiple reasons or anything.

I get that you have to literally think lowest common denominator for people to listen to you in System Wars, but, you know, System Wars isn't even a small cross-section of gaming :(

(For the record, I frequently post my favourite game is on the 360, named Mass Effect).

I have all 3 systems and the PS3 still gets the least amount of play. I don't hate it but I certainly don't like it better than any other system.

Both cases you were wrong and prove that you not only don't understand the mentality of the people who post here, but you also take it so serious that you honestly believe people HATE a video game console. Something that's built from the ground up to bring pleasure to it's user.

i think things are going to look up for the PS3 starting spring of this year, though. Sony has definitely learned from their mistakes this gen.

Never really hated it.

Just hated the lack of games, the Sony lies back in E3 2005, the Batarang, the lack of analog triggers and of course the PRICE. I could've easily bought one in November 2006, but the price alone just didn't justify the lack of 3rd party games.

Yes, though you exagerate on the ps3 vs. PC price point. There isn't a PC out there worth buying that I can get for less than 1000 bucks. I mean if all I can do on it is run office and XP/Vista, what's the point.

But yea, Sony's marketing team has made some really dumb comments and choices. But since when was marketing a direct reflection of a products quality. Look at Budweiser, some of the nastiest beer on the planet, but some of the most brilliant and entertaining commercials ever.

Yea, they are all multiplats, but they're also all part of the ps3 library, and if it is crud, then that implies that all those games are crud.
