Actually, if you read my reply in Round 1, I was suggesting that YOU do it. I think you're more qualified than I to pick the best 5 from, say, SF, MK, Tekken, VF and Soulcaliber, then to have the 5 winners in the Finals.

Focus your Chi. I BELIEVE in you :D I can easliy name you the top 5 fighters for every fighting game except Samurai Showdown and Pyshco Soldiers ( never played the series). I think more people would respond to your posts.
Edit: no need for 8. Every fighting game has a 1- 4 top tier system.
