Poll: The DS is the best handheld of all time.

I'd say it's the 3rd best system ever behind the SNES in 2nd place, and the PC in 1st.

3DS is better since you can play DS and 3DS games on it :P

Acgtually I'd still take the DS Lite for GBA compatibility right now. 3DS is building a nice library, but it has a long way to go to top the GBA.

I dream of the day the big 3 embrace download titles to the point where you can find the entire catalog of every past system available for download.

Wouldn't it just be great if Nintendo just came out and said "Here's 1,000 GBA games available for download"? Then make them all $3-$5 a piece, and let the world of GBA fans be happy.

It's one of those things about the PC that spoils me is I have 30 years of backwards compatibility. If that same luxury could just be embraced by the console makers.

I mean it's not hard to find the last 100 years of music, film, or books, but video games can become rare within months after they release in some cases.

The 3DS XL is better.
