yeah, says alot of Forza doesnt it? I'm sure it would be mainly to just laugh at a big name game being lost as an exclusive. Personally, I think that GT isn't all that fun anymore. I got my fill of it with GT2. They need to make the game more exciting. Having pretty graphics is nice, but it isn't as much of a selling point as it was when this generation started.
What would be brilliant is if Polyphony and Sony plotted to destroy the 360, by releasing GT5 on both platforms... But making the 360 version look terrible, and saying, "We squeezed as much out of Microsoft's console as we could" :P

The only possible candidates are handhelds, and PC. They shouldn't do ANYTHING with a handheld Gran Turismo until Gran Turismo 4 Portable releases. Gran Turismo 5 for PC would be odd, and its unlikely

actually if gt 5 gets released on the psp (and possibly ps2 though that might not happen) it would be a multiplat. just look at mlb the show. and no games cannot be considered company exclusive.

so does ms and nintendo. that fact is, if a game comes out for more than one PLATFORM it is a MULTIPLAT game.
It's still a Sony exclusive. Besides you think they can port the game as it is to the PSP? Major overhaul required. I can't see it being called a multiplat after being released.

COMPANY EXCLUSIVES DO NOT EXIST. if they did, then the 360's exclusive list would be a lot larger. second, mlb the show wasn't ported as is to the ps2 or the psp. they had to have massive downgrades and yet it is still the same game. hence it is multiplat and so will be gt 5.

if it's different enough then yes. example would be GRAW for the 360 and GRAW for the pc. two completely different experiences of the same game but it is considered a 360 exclusive.

After the very disappointing GT4 was released, I can honestly say if turn 10 would change the forza art style it would be my favorite racing sim of all time. We'll see what happens with GT5, but I don't see it being pretty and after GTP...if that represents anything of the final version I won't even rent this game.

GT gave up the ghost a long time ago, and got boring. Hopefully this one will be worth buying. Forza, even PGR is more fresh, and satisfying then the tired old retread that is GT.

No, cos most people know Polyphony is very close to Sony and GT wud never go anywhere else but Sony. Forza would be a close tie to gt. Forza 2 diffenitly I would rather play then GT. Lets hope that polyphony does something fresh with GT5. But, probably won't, so I wont hold my breath. The graphics have gotten better, but the game play has stayed the same old rehashed junk.

And you obviously don't realize, if it's on more then one platform, even if it is just Sony platforms then it stops being PS3 exclusive. This has already been debated. Even though I don't agree with it, it has been debated and is no longer with exclusive status.
Off topic: Poly/Sony should sell the rights to the name brand and collect royalties off of a port.....Get the brand name in the hands of a developer that would actually do something to move the series forward..
On topic: GT on the PSP :lol:...yea.....maybe on the PSP2 and market it as a launch title...ohhhh wait...
