Those two games were on cartridges, so maybe thats how the TC took it.

We already tried that with our "grill" and "fry bacon" comments. Not effective so far. Plus if we said it can't be a console the TC would just mention emulation once again. The PC would still not actually count as a console but in the eyes of the TC it would.

The beauty of "it can't be a console", is that it's self-evident. If a PC were to be a console, it would no longer be a PC, and therefore, "it can't be a console" wouldn't be applicable. It's a catch-22.

Thats because consoles are closed pieces of hardware that cannot be upgraded whereas the PC can be upgraded whenever, so PC developers are free to develop a game on whatever requirementsthey want.
