Yeah, multiplats generally look better on the 360. It's not a big deal.

I'd hold out for the PC version :)

Multiplats will generally be better looking on the Xbox 360 than their PS3 counterpart because of how easy it is to work with the XBox 360 hardware than the PS3 one. As a result they usually build or developed the game on the Xbox 360 then later port it over to the PS3. As for other reason well I don't really yet at the moment.
