Predict the scores for Infamous Second Son and Titanfall

I see them both getting a 9 or 10 to be quite fair,

Infamous is knocking critica with it's graphics and most are saying next gen is finally here.

Titanfall as much as i don't like FPS games and I'm more of a Sony fan even i can see this as a breath of fresh air to the FPS genre, and i'm glad it's coming a little concerned about the 6v6 and it also just being an online game, but most FPS games are made for online.

All the Titanfall haters need to get on twitch and watch some of the beta videos. Titanfall is gonna be HUGE. My guess is a 9 here

Infamous looks very good from what I've seen so far. 8-9 here.

Infamous: SS - 7 (the reviewer will complaint about no MP and Infamous games tend to be repetitive after a while)

TitanFall - 9 ("the best thing ever since slice bread" is what reviewers will say only for in a couple of months everyone realize its another average MP FPS hyped through the roof that fell on its promises. IT IS CoD with mechs contrary to what that Danny O'dwyer video says. Everyone is just in denial. Oh and the lack of a SP campaign wont be a prob with this game and if its a success there will be less and less SP games...)

Since Titanfall is Microsoft and EA's great hope. A way to continue the Call Of Duty pheromone. This is a really good opportunity to pick out the most corrupt gaming media who (transparently) create fake hype and heighten review scores. By simply taking a trip to IGN, the front page is already flooded with Titanffall propaganda.

No doubt Second Son will be the better game. But due to the corrupt nature of the industry, Titanfall will score significantly higher with significantly more coverage.

danny o dwyer makes it sooo obvious its going to get a 9, and if chris watters reviews it, i dont see it changing.

infamous isnt going to get a 9 or an 8 because it didnt deviate much from the old gameplay. gs always lowers a score for not changing stuff other than graphics unless you are diablo 3

On your recommendation, i just did exactly that. The first thing I see is a guy using a handgun that AIMS FOR YOU. You just vaguely have to point your gun into the direction of the enemy and the gun will jdo the rest for you. Built-in aimbot. It isn't even balanced out with weaker damage; minions take one shot, players take about 3.Even the streamer (who totally owned with that pistol) commented that it's way too overpowered IMO. And I agree, that's really just stupid.

I can still not see why this game was showered with so many awards. Don't get me wrong, it does look fun, but I really do not think that the hype is deserved.

9s for Titanfall because 'garmes jornazliumz' and maybe 8s for I:SS. We all know Polygon is just waiting to shit on Infamous so I predict a 5 or 6 from them.

Tomb Raider won a ton E3 awards and only scored an 8. I could see Titanfall getting docked for no single player.

I am going with:

7 or 8 for inFAMOUS SS

8 or 9 for Titanfall.

I almost expect it to outscore inFAMOUS when garbage like Call Of Duty Ghosts continues to score 9s.

I have to be honest,I have never played a inFamous game before.And you'd probably guess right that I have never played Titanfall.If I had to pick the scores,I would give Titanfall a higher rating then inFamous due to all the hype it has gotten over the past year.But at the same time,that might not mean nothing.It all goes by personal opinion.

I think 8 is the safe score for both. I think Infamous has a better chance of a 7 than a 9 and titanfall the opposite.

Does anyone seriously believe that MS or EA are going to let sites give titanfall anything under a 9? Especially after both companies have revealed that they pay for positive reviews/previews?

i don't care about the scores.

the important part is that i will probably like both of them with me enjoying infamous a bit more than titanfall because i enjoy infamous's action twist on the shooter genre more than titanfalls moba twist.

Some here talked about and was praising how Infamous is focusing on the single player while bashing Titanfall for not having single player. So you would think they're expecting Infamous to score better than Titanfall. But I think both will score about the same if different people reviewed each game but if the same reviewer reviewed both, Titanfall would get the slight edge here on GS.

8 for titanfall= no story, there's bots in multiplayer, 6 vs 6 human while the rest are bunch of bots and lots of them! Ive played bots who fill up the server on counterstrike with some humans and never enjoyed it. I end up filtering out those servers. It stinks.

I will try the beta and see if it changes my mind about bots ai filling up the server

Id say 8 for both but Titanfall having a netter chance at 9.

Both 8 seems most likely, I think they could both go either side by 1 though. In that instance I think Titanfall is more likely to get a 9 and Second Son more likely to get a 7. It really depends on who's reviewing it though.

Hmm, I think my bid would be:

Infamous: Second Son - 9 It will be one of those titles to showcase the PS4, and the reviewer will overscore it for some odd reason, be it Graphics, or that he is simply impressed with what he sees with his limited time with it.

He will give it a 9 from that. IF it is a reviewer WHO does nto gets blinded b Graphics, that focuses on gameplay, it will score around 8 I think, so 8-9

Titan fall - is much more obscure, if it is too close to CoD it will get hamered for it. it has the major issue of being on 3 platforms, with hte weakest dictating the bottom line (the 360 in this case). Meaning that the otherversions might take a hit.

In the end it comes Down to level design, replayability and how the movement and shooting feels. but the range of possible scores seems wider, at around a 7-9 based on what we have seen and heard.

Infamous SS: Should get: 9/10. Will get 7/10 or less. Why? Because GS hates infamous and Sony.

Titanfall: Should get: 7/10. Will get 9+/10. Why? Because GS will be paid off by MS and EA.
