Yeah, there's the licensing issue and the fact most of the cast is going to be unknown to Western audiences. I wouldn't bank on subtitles either since there's not much reason for them to include such a thing.

At least it's on region-free systems though.

God Ill keep a eye out for the game and see where it goes I guess then, fumbling through Menus and stuff I don't understand is worth it if the Gameplay is stellar with a good Cast of Characters.

The Anime Licenses are EVERYWHERE in West (at least for America) for it to be Localized.

It's a Miracle that Tatsunoko vs Capcom even made it to the West.

It shouldn't be a issue since this game has Jump characters and plus One Piece is in the game. And it doesn't make sense to make this game if you don't have the big three shonen franchises.

Looking at theScan, it looks like a 3D team fighter with Shonen Jump characters. So far only Goku from Dragon Ball Z, Luffy from One Piece, and Toriko from Toriko have been confirmed. Hoping for some Blue Exorcist characters.:P
