Proof that Mario Galaxy is nothing but a dull rehash

Gametrailers has a video that compares Super Mario Galaxy with Mario Sunshine. Before you watch it, I want you to look at a few key areas.

1) Level Design (they are quite similar)
2) Control Scheme / Camera (they are quite similar)
3) Character Models (practically identical)
4) Art sty1e(indistinguishable)
5) Voice acting (LOLers!!)

So much for all of this supposed innovation. I wonder why Sunshine flopped hard, yet a derivative rehash several years later which looks nearly identical is some kind of genre defining blockbuster.

1. Wow.You've clearly never looked at SMG's levels
2. There's completely different. There's moe to mario this time than running and jumping
3. They're most deffinately not the same, though
4. Mario's art is always similar. You wouldn't want it to look overly realistic. That would just be weird.
5. Yes, it lacks voice acting. but that's not a huge problem.

just play SMG. You'll see how different it is from the rest of the series.
