There are somethings that the PS Eye can do, the Wii can't, visa versa. here are some possibilities.

I don't think Wii-mote and Sonys EyeToy are very comparable. I praise both of them for being game innovations. I'm really enjoying Eye of Judgement on PS3 right now. I love card games and board games, the hardest thing about them is finding other people to play. Eye of Judgement brings players of those games together online. I hope they make more of these types of games for PS3.EmperorSupreme
doesn't magic online do that without the cheating and need for a console and camra setup?
The PS eye has the potential to be a compltely revolutionary game control, just not this gen or probably the next either, as processing power needs to be a couple of orders of magnitude better for it to be anything more than a novelty for a few special games.actionquake
it also needs to be packed into the system if the vast majority of developers are to support it. (hear this Sony? PS4 eye, in box, at launch.)

There isn't any cheating I've come across. You can copy the cards if you want, but all that does is keeps you from buying them. You still have to register your deck to play it.
I like the pseye.
what it needs is a wiimote style controller. Rather, it needs two separate wireless controllers, one for each hand. They can't be connected together by a cord like the wiimote either (and ideally the wiimote wouldn't do that with the nunchuck either).
If the pseye did that then you could mix that wicked technology with more conventional gaming. That is the problem with the pseye: its just too out there. The brilliant thing about the wii is that it still basically is a regular controller, with the new features blended in
