Really stoked for The Walking Dead Season 2.

Was gonna say, it's not a great month. I'm happy for TWD S2, though I'd rather have had that on Vita like S1. Magicka 2 is whatever, the first game wasn't fun for me at all. Dragon Fin Soup is a Kickstarter game, so it's got that going for it. It sounds cool, it's on Vita, I might try it out. Mass Effect 2 is whatever, give the first one if anything Sony, since that's basically digitally only on PS3. The second game is ridiculously cheap now physically. InviZimals, I don't think that will pleasantly surprise me in a way like Xeodrifter or CounterSPY did. For shame.

I'm happy for Beyond Good and Evil though. That's good on them, this will hopefully revitalize people's interest in it. I've had it on my hard drive forever, just never taken the time to try it.

Played the hell out of Mass Effect 2 on Xbox 360 years ago and since I never tried Mass Effect games PS3 versions, it's useless without playing the first one when all of your choices do come from playing the first game and passing it on to the second game.

PS4 weak line up PS+ is a downer, and i guess Beyond Good & Evil will have to do it for me.

Very good lineup. One of the best we've had on PS4.

I recommend Beyond Good and Evil, was a cool Gamecube game. I wish they would do another one.

not to bad....but I own all dlc for the mass effect series on the 360 *got most for free* so I see no benefit here.

i will bitch about it! still, i find this kinda funny, every month PS3 gets full price ($60 at release) titles while PS4 gets $20 indie garbage. Now, if we were in the first couple of months of the PS4's release, i'd be okay with that since the system just came out. Two years later there's no excuse to offer indie shit EVERY SINGLE MONTH.

To call this amazing is a stretch. Almost like Sony is reaching at the bottom of it's barrel to find something interesting. Seriously though ME2 and BG&E I mean those are two critically acclaimed games that one should have play by now and for some people it would be a third play through. For me personally it would be a 4th playthrough for ME2.

It's a good month on the surface, but I agree it's time to get going with full retail for PS4. I already played Walked Dead on PS3 and Vita, so I probably won't even bother playing again on PS4.

Not going to bother with Mass Effect 2 either - although that is a decent free game, the odds of me wanting to play it on PS3 at this point are virtually nil. Really wish they would fully remaster the trilogy, with all DLC, and release it for PS4. I have the 1st game on PC (and I might even have ME2, I'm just not sure) - actually I'm pretty sure Origin gave that to me as a "free" bonus game with something, but then it magically disappeared from my library months later...and I never played it.

Beyond Good and Evil is great - but I already have it.

Magicka 2 I will definitely play, but that might be the only game I play out of this. So I can't really call it a "great" month.

Magicka 2 wasn't made by the same hands that made M1, and I'm a little suspect about the game on a controller as opposed to m/kb, but I.lm still jazzed to play it.

Its not a bad month I'd you don't own these games... Lots of varied gameplay here, but for me this month is meh... Makes me feel silly for buying games. Lol

I'm pretty much in the same boat. It's not because Beyond Good and Evil and Mass Effect 2 aren't great, but because I already own both of those games on my XBox 360. Only other game I may try is Magicka 2. I already have The Walking Dead -Season 1 on my XB1/Xbox 360, so getting Season 2 for free is a no brainer. This is still a good month of games, especially if you don't own any of these games and have already play Season 1 of The Walking Dead.

I'm confused weren't half of you condemning last month's games with gold? And it gave you the first season of TWD and 400 days. And most of you, especially blabadon was saying it's trash. But season 2 on PS plus is great? What?

Mass Effect isn't a console game, it was always best on PC and that's where i played it.

I said GwG was great last month. I have actually been of the opinion that from June to now, GwG has been consistently better. There is nothing inconsistent in my liking PS+ more this week.

I didn't have a problem with the games. Getting The Walking Dead is cool.

I had issues with:

a) The Walking Dead being on both 360 and One in the same month, effectively wasting a slot

b) giving out MGS Ground Zeroes on the weaker console (360) when it had already been given out on the One

c) less of an issue, but I think Valiant Hearts isn't a good game.

I'm totally cool with November's GwG.

Exactly. Good month for a lot of people, decent for me since I haven't yet played TWD S2.

PS3/Xbox 360 is kinda a dilemma, cause they can either release more obscure games that aren't that great, or release quality games that 9/10 people have already played- and probably more than once. I like Beyond Good and Evil a lot- I'd guess less people have played that one and it's quality.

@Blabadon: Oh ok that makes a lot more sense. I think both GwG and PS plus are poor this month. I've pretty much either played the games provided or have no interest.

Already own Mass Effect and the rest i dont want to play so kinda boring PSN+ month for me i guess. Got plenty of other games anyway.

I own the game on PC, but I'm max lazy to do some of the adjustments to that game I want, and since I'll get the HD version for "free", this wouldn't be a bad way to play

@Livecommander: I think it's been available since June, but you have to buy the code from their website or something. It's very diablo esque but different. Unlike Diablo, you can walk off ledges and it is apparently not very a very casual game. It has a cult following and I was a fan of the original on pc. Not sure how this one compares though.
