Heavenly Sword and Folklore will be the next Lair. Heavenly Sword is already at a disadvantage because it has such a short campaign, so it better be a spectacular experience.

The others should be good though.

People will stop listing heavenly Sword as a must have PS3 title when it comes out as well. I got to play heavenly sword and lair at PAX and wow they were terrible. Haze was pretty cool though.

You don't have a clue if you actually believe that. Tell me why Bioshock got an average of 93% on Gamerankings and already sold over 400,000 copies in it's first week? Mass Effect is going to do the same thing. PGR4 will also sell well. Madden 08 already broke 1 million copies on 360. The PS3 version hasn't even sold 1/2 that amount. There are a lot of great titles coming out for 360 this holiday.

Not when there are only 4.3 million PS3 in people's homes, they won't. I didn't say GT5 wouldn't sell. I said it won't sell 14 million copies like GT3 did. R&C might break a million copies, but I'll be surprised if Uncharted does. Don't get me wrong, as I think R&C and Uncharted will be good games. I love Naughty Dog's games and actually interviewed both Andy Gavin & Jason Rubin when they were working on Way of the Warrior for the 3DO. I know how good these guys are and their development team. Sony is lucky to have them.

Agreed. Heavenly Sword, UT3 and maybe Folklore will be decent titles to own. The other are "meh" to me. There are really no system sellers for the PS3 in 07. With GT IV and the real GT5 slipping to next year, that really hurt the PS3.

Mass Effect, Assasins Creed, PGR 4? May I remind you you cows were very recently hyping Lair and still are hyping Heavenly Sword?

Motorstorm is at 1.2 million. Resistance is at 1.8. Madden 08 didn't break a million on PS3. Didn't even break a million on the PS2. It did on the XBox 360 however. Cows need to realize that games that sold great on the PS2 aren't going to sell the same way on the PS3.Example. Fight Night RD 3 has sold over 1 million copies on 360, but not on PS3. Samething for Rainbow Six: Vegas, Oblivion, GRaW2, NFS: Carbon, etc...

So if you think R&C, Unchartedand GT5 is going to sell the same about of copies as it would on the PS2, your wrong. The PS2 had 110 million units and that is the main reason most of the PS2 games sold well over a million copies. The PS3 isn't no where close to those numbers. We'll see what happens when these games get released.

UT3 is amazing for PC! as for console we dont know yet!

But I would argue that the best FPS online game has to be Counter Strike.

FYI beasty EPIC have said in interviews many times that they are trying to get MODS to the 360, its not impossible its that microsoft knows a lot more about what happens with MODS than sony.

MODS bring user made character models and levels = nude character mod + zelda character model = lawsuits and angry parents.

MS isnt that stupid.
