PS3 and Xbox360 owners, do u ever feel like your 360 is a ticking time bomb?

My last core NEVER had a problem. Except in Oblivion where there was a glitch that made your 360 freeze. Wasnt the systems fault just the game. But I gave that core to my friend and it'll never have a problem. Now Im just worried about my new Premium.

Nope, not in the least bit. I can swap it our for the next 2 years on the spot. I also have one of those fancy things called a 'job' and could buy another one if need be. :roll:Heil68

2 defective ps3s? PS3s only have a 1% defective rate. So ether u have the worst luck in the world, or u take care of ur consoles really badly.

How the **** can I mistreat it when I just open the box and plug it in. I'm not some idiot who stuffs it in an enclosed space. I know what I dealt with, two defective PS3s. Deal with it.

Wow, defective PS3's aren't something you hear about too often. What exactly was wrong with them and do you still have a PS3?

I told people before, my HDMI port didn't work. If you read the difference in when they were manufactured, my current model (which was still within the return period to the store) finally worked. I know how to set it up, I know how to reset he settings, I know how to plug stuff in I'm smarter than the average bear, but people on the net can only offer "Read the directions dummy" or "go play with ur Wii n00b". Wow, lots of help there...

Plain and simple, my HDMI ports didn't work on two sequential serial number PS3s. 3rd PS3 worked like a charm, haven't had one problem since.

i dont have a PS3 yet but i am worried about my 360. so far so good but when i start playing games on it the fans go nuts. i just have this feeling thats its on the verge of the 3RR. some day when i have time...im going to run the living crap out of it, play the most demanding games i have for it for very long periods of time and just leave the machine on for ages running these games. if it can pass that then i think my 360 is just one noisy sucker. any crashes or 3RR and its back to the shop with it.

I think, if people actually used reality to judge, you'd see most multiplats now are just the same. The Darkness, looks like crap on both systems. I have seen it.
