The Wii-Mote for me. It fun doing some action while you play the game. It can be a wrok out sometime.
I can't wait to use the Wii-mote like a Lightsabor and use force power with it.
=( I'd love a chance to use it like a Federation Phaser...but I know thats not goign to happen. It shaped alot like a standard Phaser from TNG, DS9 and Voyager.
I think each controller this gen works great. Unlike last gen with that first Xbox controller. The Wiimote was odd for the first 5 mins but felt natural afterwards.
The 360 control is the most comfy controller I have ever usedToriko42Yeah but the D-pads not too great. But other then thats its perfect.
I like the feel of the 360 the controller the best and i think it is better with FPS games. The Wii remote i like the best for slashing games like the LOZ but for FPS games it is horrible but for some sports games like Madden 08 it is actually the best so for sports i think that is the best. The ps3 one i think is the best for platformers.
So overall...the Keyboard and Mouse win.
Hopefully we all can agree that all three have weaknesses.cronus233Sure, I agree.
360: I cant stand the way L2 and R2 are clicky buttons.
PS3: Ive never been the biggest fan of where the analogs are.
Wii: Not always quite as responsive as it should be.
My vote for best would be PS3 for its barely-noticable weight and no batteries, Wii-mote a close second because it is fun and innovative, 360 last but it is still a very solid controller and not bad by any means.
For shooters - 360's. The analog sticks are just designed for it.
For everything else - Dualshock3. Much more versatile and better button placement.
Wiimote.... eh I could go either way. Until I get a serious RTS on the Wii I don't give a damn. Saddest thing is the Gamecube controller is better to use for the Wii's best games.
whats ur vote on i will make a poll later on (i cant make one right now) me my vote is on the 360 then ps3 then wiiwwedx
same here TC. X360>PS3>Wii controllerwise. strangely the same comparison applies to the console it self. :)
depends on the game.
for FPSs, RTSs, Adventure and RPGs and some sports games id take the wiimote and nunchuck. then theres the slightly out there games like trauma center and lost winds which i would definately prefer the wiimote for. point and click adventures too of course.
for beat em ups and racing sims id take the more traditional controller.
Lets start:
For FPS/TPS:
1) Wii-mote
2) 360
4)Dualshock 3
For figthing games:
1) DS3
2)360
3) Wii-mote
For racing sims.
1) DS3
2) 360
3) Wii
For Arcade racers
1) Wii (EXCITE!)
2) DS3
3) 360
For Adventure games and plataformers.
1) Wii
2) DS3
3) 360
For multipats.
1) Ps3-360
.
.
.
X) Wii.

The the buttons are placed the same.
PS3 and XBOX360 have great graphic for the FPS, but nothing compares to WiiMote for FPS control
For you guys that haven't tried the WiiMote for FPS, you should try it.
Wii Mote has faster and natural movement compares to any Analog Controler, though you still have to get used with it for a while.
For FPS game,WiiMote has similliars respons just like PC Mouse , and if you're get used to it, Wii Mote could help you to aim faster and better than the PC Mouse or any analog stick.
=====================
FPS :
Wii Mote > PC Mouse > Analog Stick
Racing :
Wii Mote > 360 > PS3
Fighting :
Any Analog Stick > Wii Mote
Others :
Depends on the game.....
