PS3 exclusives are forgetable

Nobody talks about GOW3, Uncharted 1, MGS4, Warhawk, Heavenly Sword, Twisted Metal, LBP, Killzone series, Resistance series and Infamous 1 & 2. The only ps3 game that get's any flock around here is Uncharted 2. Yet 360 exlcusives from 3-4 years ago such as GeOW2 and Halo 3 get's mentioned all the time. A ps3 exclusive will get a bunch of fame a month or 2 before it's release and then won't even get mentioned anymore after it's release. Why is that?

The only reason people mention those old xbox exclusives is the fact that currently the 360 has none.

Honestly, most games are forgettable after a while. There are only a handful of games that have continuous replay value.

What? biggest thread failure in a long time... 99% of non-lems don't even know what exclusives the 360 has that isn't Halo, Gears or Forza. What is there? Errrrr... Alan Wake and some teddy bear game? Oh yeah and Fable 2 :lol:

As for the games not being mentioned... I LOLED. Heavenly Sword yeah, I'll give you that one.. But MGS4 gets more mentions than Halo Reach and Gears 2 and Forza 3 combined...

AND AS FOR THE THREAD ITSELF...

PS3 exclusives forgettable???? heloooo? MGS4 is probably the most memorable game this gen, UC2, LBP both come close. Gow3 and Heavy Rain are high up there too.. I could go on forever.

I'll personally never forget the inFAMOUS games for being the best Sony published games I have ever played (one of the few Sony games that relies on player control and excellent gameplay mechanics for it's greatness rather than using production values and set pieces to gain ill-deserved scores).

I'll also remember Uncharted 2 for receiving ridiculously high praise and never figuring out why it was so unanimous. It's such an average game.

The wii and the 360 are almost in the same boat so of course they talk about the good old days. The ps3 has more exclusives than both put together this year times 3.
