1. The majority of gamers don't know Japanese. 2. Only some of the shumps on 360 are region free. 3. PS3 has more exclusives released in Japan.

I dont see Halo 3 on that 360 list so there are probably others missing, maybe even from both sides. Either way the PS3 undoubtably has the better exclusives.

EDIT: NM, I just noticed it was from 2010. I think its a bit cheap of PS3 gamers to try and claim some kind of victory with only 3 years of the consoles life span.

well that just means both lists are skewed. I only listed shmups, but that's only a "portion" of what has been released for 360 too. [QUOTE="FlamesOfGrey"] 1. 1. you don't need to know a lick of japanese to play all the games I just listed - and actually many of them are in english. 2. 8 of the games I listed are region free, akai katana, otomedius excellent, and dodonpachi resurrection (the localization title changed from daifukkatsu to resurrection) were all localized here in the US per the gamestop and amazon links I provided. So there's at least 3 games missing from the list if it's only "US" released retail games. 3. fair point and I own at least one of those as well - red seeds profile - but as mentioned.. the list is still missing the 3 games localized here in the US.

That isn't all of them. Obviously Microsoft moves on the the XB1 before Sony moved on to the PS4. Microsoft's exclusives have been more polished than Sony's so far.

1. Fact is the majority of gamers don't play games that are in a language they don't understand. Importers aren't a huge number of the userbase. 2. I said some. The 360 has over 20+ schumps released in Japan. 3. The list is incomplete for both consoles however added in Japan only games is not something most people do for the first reason.

This was listed already and has many games missing. Also, when comparing PS360, then PC games should also count, especially if you list PS3/Vita games.

1. valid point. 2. I know, I was just pointing out the ones of my list that were. majority are region free, but I do own a J360 for those that aren't. I agree but these lists are always incomplete because either someone isn't familiar with a certain region or they have an agenda. I think Japan only games should be left out considering it would heavily favor the PS3 considering every exclusive is region free unlike the 360.

Well, what happened? How did MS screw up such a massive advantage at the start of Gen 7? This is what scares me about the Xbone. Once they sell enough, why bother making good games?

Yes. Let's take a look at all the flops on the right. Which includes every move title, and every other game excluding Uncharted 3, God of war 3/Ascension and Infamous 2. Quantity never equals quality. But at least if you're going to compare exclusives, get a complete listing. You're missing all the shoot em ups like Otomedius, Akai Katana and others.

Yes I completely agree! In fact the only good game that Sony have on that list is Uncharted 3! All of those other shitty Sony games (well the ones I've played anyway) are boring! Give me the latest Gears Of War any day of the week! This is why I play my Xbox far more than my PS3!
