PS3 has 2 AAAAEs according to the world's largest gaming publication

I'll say that objectively, the PS3 is probably the best console this generation because it covers so much ground with multiplats and a good number of exclusives. For me, however, Uncharted and Metal Gear 4 are not the reason I enjoy the console. Luckily there are many other options for people like me :)

Cos 90% of the MC reviewers are irrelevant. Might as well use user polls eh? its IGN, Gamespot, GamePro (famitsu for japan), GameInformer etc.. that actually have impact and credibility in the industry. The day we have an aggregating system that excludes random reviews and only selects a handful of significant gaming publications, I'll treat them with respect as I do GS & IGN. Mozelleple112

Yes it is, and no it isn't :P 5/5 is the highest rating, as is 10/10, they're equal in scale. There's no 6/5 so if GB didn't use 5/5 as their defacto 10, then they're using a defunct rating system.

i'm sure UC3 will be a great game, no doubt. however, MGS4 is terrible. also, 360 is still the better system.

That is a personal opinion, not based on fact, plus why are you comparing a FPS to a 3rd person action/adventure game?

Who cares, it's still a linear, cinematic, cliched driven mockery of a game.

It seems it's perfectly acceptable to give titles which give the player minimum control perfect scores. MGS4 and UC2 (More so with MGS) had so litle gameplay, and focuses on showing you things the developer thought were cool.

Well it is subjective and beatuy is in eye of the beholder so I guess your right in your own way.

But Uncharted 3 is definately more advanced of a game than Crysis.
