So you can connect 7 controllers to the PS3 at one time. what games take advantage of this. this is an honest question, im not trying to start any "war". i thought that could be a cool feature but hard to implement.
As far as I know, Madden 08 is the only one that does it so far. It really is for like 4 controllers and 3 blutooth devices for example. Like a keyboard, headset and something else, plus 4 player online or w/e
It doesn't have to be 7 controllers, it can be a mix of that number of Blu-Tooth devises. It can be controllers, Blu-Tooth remote. headset, mouse, or key board plus in the future with time there could more devises tgat could use this feature.

The bigger question is... why 7? That enough for 4 controllers and 3 headsets. Or 3 players on one team and 4 on another. They should have made it 6 or 8. Odds bother me. lol.
I completely forgot about that. Does it only work when you system link or something? Because I realy can't imagine sharing a screen with 6 other people.
its great for sports games...as someone said WWE wrestling games.... it also works for that fun mini game PixalJunkRacers.....
but more importantly.... it works with old PS2/PS1 games......no need for the Mulit tap and 7 wires for people to get tangled with..
anyway games like.. track&field......NFL football games that support more than 4 players (Next gen MADDEN doesn't even support more than 4)
as a previous poster mentioned....the reason it is 7 and not 8 is because it is the max bluetooth can support.... 8 bluetooth devices can connect with each other...... the PS3 counts as 1.....+ 7 other devices = 8.....
Sony could have said... "ah lets stick with an even number and only supported 6"....but they didn't and I'm glad they didn't....
