PS3 honestly represents everything Sony DIDNT train cows to believe in.

PS1 and PS2 had key features that made them market leaders. Cows also hyped PS1 and PS2 based on these 3 points.

1. Great but not the best graphics. Both N64 and XBox were more powerful in each gen. This allows for great looking games at a mass market price point for the hardware.

2. Superior developer support. Both PS1 and PS2 enjoyed tons of 3rd party exclusives.

3. Sales, sales, sales! Both were undisputed market leaders in hardware and software sales.

Cows have been trained to hype the above 3. They were notorious for gloating about ebing 1st place, downplayed Xbox ports with superior graphics, and gloated on how they had the 3rd party devs in their pocket.

Now its all about hyping "the CELL" and its graphics potential. Now its about defending PS3 for its price saying its about the quality, neglecting that its nowhere near a price the mass market likes. 3rd party devs make 360 multiplats and they shrug it off. 3rd party timed exclusives and exclusives are also shrugged off. PS3 is dead last in sales and they play the "its still the best in my book" card.

The PS3 really takes the Sony way brought up by PS1 and PS2, FLIPS it upside down, and now the fanboys dont know how to deal with their newly changed beliefs.

Point one dont exist in any generation as Sony have never been leaders in the graphics department. Even in this gen the graphics between both 360 Vs PS3 is small that there is no argument. Weird if anyone says differant lol.
