Regardless of Fanboy drama, you have to admit that the PS3 is doing better. It isn't making huge jumps and isn't going to claim victory anytime soon. Yet it's doing better.

And yes like I said everyone improves. PS3 is improving, Wii is improving and 360 is improving. Time will tell.

went from a **** console, to an ok console, then to a good console. Sony is getting there little by little. This years boxing day, i might pick one up, along with a nice 52" LCD.Burning_Sun

The PS3 is not in Special Ed, you can't patronise it and pat it on the head because it's selling after a major price drop :roll:

The PS3 is still lacking games and still has inferior multi-plats, so really, not much has changed.

The newer models are much more reliable. The older ones put users in a bad cycle, because if you send a dead unit in, you get a refurbed unit back, which increases the likelihood of another RRoD.

And like I said, there are free repairs. Not exactly terrible.

Not really since the reports have subsided ALOT and the ones that do still surface are owners who have had the defective consoles FINALLY crapping out on them. All the new consoles on store shelves from July 07 and on are fine and no longer have this issue anyone getting the RROD now are owners of a launch console or people who had there's replaced with older models still suffering from the issue.
