This has got to be one of the worst threads I've seen. You don't even state your reasons as to why the 360 is "so much better" than the PS3. Mind telling us a few of your reasons?

Good question. Everybody I know who has a ps3 spends most of their time on their 360s. That's 8 people. My one friend will play his ps3 when a cool new exclusive comes out, and we'll all go over to his apartment and make like a week long thing out of it, but then it's back to xbox live for NHL 10, MW2 or whatever. I literally don't know one person who doesn't have both systems either. It's weird how much my real life experience contradicts the impression that the internet gives me about the popularity of the ps3.

The PS3 is an amazing gaming console and it has the games, the hardware and everything else to back it up. What does XBOX360 have? Halo? GeOW? RROD?

I think they are all great... PS3 has been getting the most playing time lately though :P

I own all the consoles and they join together to become the ultimate Manticore System. Anything else is "not very good".

First of all GOWIII is NOT gonna win GOTY. Its gonna be great but if Gran Turismo 5 gets released this year, it will have a better shot at winning GOTY as far as sony exclusives go. On to the topic at hand, the ps3 is very good, its just overhyped IMO. I go back and forth between my ps3 and 360. As of late Ive been playing 360 more, but I play my ps3 a lot too. But if all you had was a 360, you dont need the ps3 too. Theres not enough on the ps3 to make it worth paying an extra $300 bucks. I feel the same way about the 360 too if all you owned was a ps3.

the 360 has thebest multiplats and library...

the wii has the best exclusives...

i got both systems i find that gaming is alot more fun with the 360controler unlike the **** ps3 controller there gonna keep for life ps3 is ment to be a blueray player only by my oppinion goes back to ps2 :)

It all comes to the games. The 360 has the most games, the best online service. Combine the two and you really do get an incredible experience.

Why does it matter who has the "most" games? AND MS LIVE is "ok" its not light years ahead of the PS3 by any means. I got LIVE when it came out for the original Xbox and up until about a year ago for the 360. Yea, its ok...BUT I got lag from time to time. I got kicked from games from time to time. It cost money. There are annoying jerks all over it making my online experience horrible at times.

So far since I got my PS3 a couple weeks ago...I love it. Its quiet. Online is nearly identical to LIVE "to me". Less annoying people. Dashboard is set up nicely to me and looks cool. I get to play my blurays now. It came with wifi. It came with a larger hdd then my 360 did. I have a cool controller that is just like a 360 controller.

Overall I feel happier with my PS3 purchase then I ever did with my 360 purchase. After 2 failing 360s and having one of them in for repaire 4x now I wouldnt go back for anything.

So 360 can have a million games for all I care. And they can all be AAAA status. Heck they could even make LIVE free...It still wouldnt win me back.

I love my PS3. I've been neglecting it for the last few months because of my 360.

But I haven't put it down since I got Heavy Rain on saturday. Nearly finished now
