MS should strike while the iron is hot and drop the price for all skus 100 usd.

But they are depending on an awesome 2007 line up. But thats exactly why I would drop the price. Its all about how amny consoles you have.

yea...but only having about 40,000 more than the 360 in japan in one month than the 360 selling 200,000 more in the same time period at teh ps3 in Us isnt gonna help the ps3 that much.

what does intelligence have to do with it. ITS TRUE PSN IS THE WORST ONLINE GAMEING SERVICE ON EARTH, its not regional, its world wide, with no servers, host gaming. try and get a game. its a minor miracle that people make comments like yours and dont even own a ps3.

The only true way of getting the true numbers is take all the charts from all the sources around the world and take these numbers and take the totals and then see how they look. These numbers could cause a certain group to be concerned about there system. I will not post any of this because if people are really concerned they should use this method to get some real facts for themselves.jimm895

That's no issue unless you can prove Wal-Mart is selling unproportional amounts of PS3s.

Considering the PS3 has only outsold the 360 in one region, by only 600K, while the 360 has out sold the PS3 every where else by thousands or even millions and then you throw in the price drop for the 360 this August, plus the game lineup this holiday, I'd say the PS3 is screwed. Can MGS4, FFXIIIand GT5 really save the PS3 because that is all they have from what I have seen and supposively these are 2008/2009 games.eastside49er

Well these are unproven franchises.From what I gather about Heavenly Sword, most have down graded their AAA talk to AA talk for that game after playing the demo, which I'm downloading as we speak to pass judgement for myself. Plus I was more or less talking about the future. Both of those games are slated for 2007 and sorry but two new IPs can't compete with the likes of Halo 3, Mass Effect, Bioshock, Lost Odyssey, PGR4, Blue Dragon, etc which is all slated for the 360 this holiday.
