The console didnt sell out. Retailers have plenty of stock left.

This is from holland PdIZZLE-PS3, because I live here and I know i, you dont. Stop damage controlling. Fact is that PS3 did not sell out at all here in Holland

X360 was sold out for weeks.

The funny thing is the guy with his hand on his forehead as he looks at the price of the PS3. :lol: Why does the price say $599 though? I thought the price in the Netherlands was different then the U.S. I wish they would bring that Xbox 360/GoW package deal out here in America.

I highly doubt thats a netherlands store because the prices are not the same as here so why would it say 599?

The price is Euros not dollars.

They still have Ps3 in stock at the supermarket (Tesco) at the end of my road. The Wii is sold out still though.

Acekal, are you in Rotterdam? Cause as far as I know then only Saturn in Holland is the one in Rotterdam Zuidplein.

yeah same here (Sweden) though they're not alot of them but it's not that hard to get your hands on one of them If you really wanna buy it

I'm from the Netherlands and we pay in Euro's. That price tag you see is in euro's not dollars. 599 euro's equals about 800 dollars or so.

And I can say those pictures are most likely true. I haven't been to that store yet, but I can take some pictures monday of all sorts of stores that have loads of PS3's on the shelves.

yes, we have taken the picture in Saturn and media markt I still don't believe it. When the xbox 360 launch was in the Netherlands, all consoles were sold in one hour!

The amount PS3 sold there is probably more than 1st and 2nd shipment of X360

It sold a total of 500,000 in EU yesterday btw.

thats true, the GAME (uk) store in my large town had 89 PS3's in stock, thats a lot of playstations compared to the 24 Xbox 360's at launch and 8 Wii's. Plus there are lots of other stores where ps3's are being sold so there are lots of supply. The demand is pretty high but due to all the stock it looks like they don't sell.
