you only know what lair scored so far. and motorstorrm, genji, neither of those are sony's fault. they're the stupid developers fault, factor 5, evolution studios, and game republic.

anyways, with games like haze, unreal, and a great lineup for 2008, ps3 owners will get their money's worth.

Have you seen ND's track record lately? Shadow correctly points it out, while its no assurance of quality the likelihood of ND making a honest to god BAD game in any genre is near zilch, especially since they've been addressing the criticisms of Uncharted since E3.

Factor 5 is known solely for their technical prowess, Naughty Dog has shown themselves capable of making excellent games in different genres, both graphically and gameplay-wise.

Let me be perfectly clear...even Crash 1 which scored poorly here is one of my favorite PS1 titles, the gameplay is just that good.

In your decades of video gaming experience, how many Insomniac games have you played to deduce that R&C is going to get A? There have been 0 games under AA in the Spyro, Ratchet and Clank, and Resistance universes. The same goes for Naughty Dog and Uncharted. Besides the first game ever reviewed by GS, Naughty Dog has created 1 game under AA, a racing game that was .1 off. You've obviously been avoiding 2 great developers in your "decades of video gaming experience" if you think these 2 companies are suddenly going to slip to under AA.

Not to mention its multi ;) i think this is just exculsives, but HAZE looks amazing. A new style from free radical, although i do hope for a new timesplitters.

And I love this "final score" you got going on when the games haven't even been reviewed with the exception of Lair.

if uncharted is considered a flop then mass effect can be considered as a flop as well because both titles are NEW IP's and to say that R&C is gonna flop because lair and potentially HS (NEW IP's) flopped is just ridiculous for anyone to say. Lets not forget the warhawk (even though a multiplayer only game now) is somewhat a sequel and even with the online only approach, it lived/nearly succeeded it's hype. So expect R&C (a proven IP) to get really good reviews

BTW isn't isomniac in charge with R&C??!?!?!? didn't insomiac somewhat proven themselves with resistance (a NEW IP) and made that title a successful hit with a high expectation of a sequel????!?!!?! and now lemmings/sheep/hermits are now denying a proven IP that is made by a very successful developer (insomiac)??!?!?!?!?! oh yeah i forgot "this is SW"

Flopcharted? Yeah maybe in a fanboys fantasy world. Naughty Dog hasn't made one non-racing A game since 1995 so I doubt Uncharted will get a A. If anything it will be AA or AAA.

Factor 5 a good developer sure they made a few good game but i just went through there history and they have had some pretty huge flops,they arn't a consistant AA-AAA developer like ND and Insomniac which both only had one game under AA,Insomniacs being over 12 years ago and ND with a racing game which isn't there specialty,While Lair isn't Factor 5 first game scoring under 6.

LMAO!!! I read the review for Lair 3 times. Its just a "brutal" review. Its so brutal that you wonder who play tested this trash before it left to get mass produced. I mean, somebody "did" play test this and realized that the game just......SUCKED? What was that quote? :shock:

I am, Bomberman Act Zero was from a classic franchise that was very well known and stylized, it ditched all that and basically had no playable mechanics at all, it was also incredibly ugly and poor sounding. Hour of Victory followed except for the thing about a classic franchise.

Heck, Lair has a number of things that make it a pain in the *** to play, but as far as the looks and sound go its pretty darn good IMO and unlike those two at least it has a coherent (if poorly told) plot.

FFXIII isn't even expected to release in Japan until late 2008, most likely Q1 for US. Final Fantasy Vs XIII isn't even going to show up at TGS, what makes you think its anywhere near being completed? Is it cause Sony told you?

Sorry..Sony told us that FFXIII, GT5, MGS4 and Tekken 6 would be released within the first year.

dude, we're talking about exclusive games. multiplats, are for both consoles, and cancel each other out. anyway, just because one is slightly better on one console, doesn't make it a less fun game on the other console..

EDIT: how do you know all of these will be better on 360? i can already tell you rock band won't after they shunted the wireless guitar in it for 360.

EDIT #2: i understand multiplats can be great games, but exclusives are THE REASON you buy one console over another.
