PS3 lost exclusives... and 360 didn't?

This is Gamespot guys. We have rules here and the Gamespot scores trumps everyone. I don't have oblivion and not sure if I will love it but none the less it scored the highest here on the 360 not PS3 or even PC.

And was Oblivion ever a 360 Exclusive? Wasn't it always PC/360 atleast? Is PC/360 now considered overall exclusive all of the sudden now?

VF5? the most technical fighter ever... with 80% of its user base not knowing how to play the game. most of you guys never cared anyway, since you had the much more accessable DOA4.

The reason that GS doesn't make a big deal about 360 exclusives going to the PS3 is because they are 360 fanboys.

They write PS3 headline articles like this...

"OMG! PS3 loses exclusive!!! Doom to PS3! News at 5..."

But write 360 stories like this...

"PS3 gets new game!"

New game = former 360 exclusive. But they fail to mention that in headline. That's how GS does it around here.

Forgetting about graphics and all that stuff, the 360 has more content, and the reason we buy games is to play them, not look at them in awe and take pictures. Does the PS3 version have all the plug-ins the 360 version has? No. Does the PS3 version have Shivering Isles? No.

Plus, i remember every thread cows made saying the PS3 will win this gen etc. DMC3 was always mentioned as a game that will help drive Sony's success, along with MGS4, FFXIII etc. etc. So when DMC4, a sequel to 3 games that were all PS2 exclusive, was announced for the 360, it was a big blow. Seriously. Denying it just shows your a blind fanboy.

the 360 version has been out 1 year longer. if PS3 won't get those updates, then i'll agree with you. but that's just me. many others do appreciate better visuals more, which is why we get new consoles every 5-6 years. but you can't have solid word saying the PS3 won't get them. they are just downloadable updates. as far as the stock versions of the two, PS3 wins. i'm not saying it, the reviews are.

DMC4 was a big blow. i never said it wasn't. NG and Oblivion are much bigger blows though. that was my whole point.

If NG2 is released on PS3, then yeah, it would be a bigger blow. But a remake of NG that was released on the Xbox? No, not so much. This game just gives Sony fans the chance to enjoy what Xbox fans played last gen.

it's not the same NG on xbox, and it is the best version of the game so far, seeing that is has been updated to fit this current gen. and it is indication that the NG series is going to PS3 in a whole.

there's no more solid word for NG's exclusivity anymore. if you don't think that's a huge blow then something is seriously wrong with you.

we have solid quotes for MGS4 and FFXIII not coming to 360, not to mention quotes saying that they are not possible on 360 as well.

nothing solid for NG2... besides fanboys saying itagaki is faithful to xbox. i guess that's why sigma is coming to PS3.

The game was NEVER exclusive and if you own a 360 and actually buy the games you would know the difference between a 360 exclusive and a game available on the 360. Oblivion was never exclusive. And LP is being made to take advantage of xp and vista, owned by who?

well i can't really count the PC... if that was the case than the Xbox's wouldn't have any exclusives.

The only loss of exclusive so far that could actually change the outcome of the console war is GTAIV.

Nothing else lost was big. 

PS3 will have Uncharted Drakes Fortune which is worth about 30 360 titles. casey7672

10 hour adventure game with no multiplayer at all? It will be fun, but I wouldn't hype it so much.. 

NG is a port, and Oblivions better on PC anyway.
