it basdically states that the graphics are a tad better- news for you- the X360 is getting a graphics update also through a patch- it fixesd the pop ups somewhat and increases resolution of textures far away

It really does matter. Finally, the playstation will have something on the 360, that is for a short period of time until the new patch is released. As for the load times, i'd rather not have a game eat up 5 gb of my HD for load times that are a few seconds shorter.

It will get it. Just not out of the box. It's not been announced yet thought. But it probably will come along in a similar style to the 360 eventually.

Bethesda said it themselves in an interview with gamesradar.
