But if you look at the only games that have fully taken advantage of the ps3s power in MGS4, GTA4 dont care that it is a multi-plat, and LBP, Uncharted is borderline, and look at there scores. Everybody judges the PS3 by games like lair, and haze, blame the developers of all of those **** games not sony. And nobody even think of defending the Wii, the Wii is a joke. And i dont care that the PC is more powerful because of $$$$$$$$ and continuous updating. You can buy a 360 for $299 to play Gears and well over $3000 to play it on the PC. But think about the only games that take full advantage of the PS3 some of the best games ever made.Joshy485

and there is the problem, out of those games Uncharted was the only ganme that interested me and not enough to buy a second system, so Ill continue to wait to pic up a ps3 until its lower in cost and has more exclusives that interest me.

Uhhh game wise, 360 is ahead.

Also, LBP and MGS do NOT show the PS3 is more powerfull, or a better console. It shows the PS3 provides somthing the Xbox does not.

I enjoy my 360 more than my PS3....The PS3 is a great system......but I prefer the 360 controller and it's unified system... and my game library shows it.. ..... 56 360 to 6 PS3 games.......The only games I play on my PS3 are exclusives..all multi-plats go to the 360

Agreed! The PS3 has a few great games... while the 360 has lots of great games. And the 360 is outselling the PS3 in its homeland... but yeah, the PS3 is the best system... just because of MGS4... yeah...

No I built a pc in 2006 for $700 too, plays crysis on high at 1920x1200 no prob. 2.7ghz core2duo, geforce 8800gts-640mb, 2gb ddr2, and in may 08' got a 24" glossy hd gateway 1080p hdmi montior(same time I got my ps3) I agree with you about blaming devs for HAZE and LAir, the sony games are good. The ps3 was the first console I bought since PS1, as i skipped last gen to be strictly a pc gamer (baldur's gate, neverwinter nights, battlefield 2 will do that to you) But since M$haft keeps stealing pc devs for xbox games then shutting down the studios, and piracy, not as many exclusives are coming for the pc. I had to break down and get a console, so I got the one with the most, closest to a pc as I could but would have the games I can't get on pc, the ps3 delivers!

I still play my pc for games like Stalker clear sky, crysis, The witcher(great game), NWN2, sins of a solar empire, civ4, medieval 2, I can't wait for medieval 5 empires(its going to be sick!) but I now have about 23 blueray games, and about 9 psn games. I love the system, I couldn't be happier, it was the best purchase in a long time. Ps3 = quality hardware and software and since mgs4, sony has been on a role with updates and games!

I have 23 games for ps3 and all of them rock! Half of them are exclusives, all i but dead space and brothers and arms, I can't get on my pc.. but i get all the good xbox games in a superior form on my pc. Ps3 rocks, it has free online, dedicated servers, great updates, and tons of software! More then the crapbox? No, but guess what the xbox has been out since 2005, ps3 has been out since the last month of 2006, so of course the xbox has a bigger library. They killed the oringal xbox so all the games were being made for 360 and they owned the a whole year by themselves, as the other consoles weren't out yet...that is why xbox has ba bigger lib, but most of those games are crap. I am used to pc gaming where I can use and make Mods, surf the net, play online for free with dedicated servers, not see ads in my gui, and guess what I can do all that with the ps3, none of it with the 360 as m$haft is so restrictive on its system and charges for air, its no competition! PC/PS3/PSP ftw!!

I like the 360 and the ps3 I do think the ps3 is better, has better functionality and it just is smoother(the XMB) compared to the clunky blades.

It has more multimedia capability, and some good exclusives, true it does have some bad games but so does the 360, two worlds ....Too Human ...They need to stop making games with TOO or a form of it in the name....

And I'd like to point out something called trajectory. If we have two rockets, one which has a high initial aim but very little in the way of fuel, the other has a slightly lower range but the best fuel its possible to make, and we launch them, the first one will reach a peak early, then crash. The second, with its lower angle, will take slightly longer to reach said peak, but then, with its better fuel, it will surpass it and end up at a height the first one could have never hit.

Thus we have described the situation of the 360 and the Ps3. LittleBigPlanet is a drop in the bucket - the concepts and ideas that are coming for the Ps3, even next year.... whatever, I'll see you guys at the flight peak, once you've bought your Ps3's.

Your trajectory analogy depends on if the rockets are traveling in a straight line or parabolic motion. Goverments can deploy low flying missiles and rockets that never go above a set height in order to avoid detection. In fact, that was one of the worst analogies I've ever heard because it all depends on the target and goal of the rocket. Even still, I'm not sure how you you can relate it to video games without subjective biases coming in as it did in your post.
