PS3 or Wii? Vote inside.

and the wii is overflowing with great games... game informer made an article on this on how wii is getting a free pass from bashing for some reason.

you mean overflowing with crappy games most of them not even worth spending a penny on the series is mario zelda metroid and maybe wario but the reat is complete crap all the way

Thanks to everyone who posted. I bought a PS3 today and it's great. I'm typing this using the PS3 web browser. I'm gonna get a Wii when Manhunt 2 comes out. Thanks again.x-2tha-z

Have fun! I don't know if you made the right choice, but if you're happy with it that's all that matters. 

Consider this my friend, a PS3 will last you longer, let's say 9 years, while the Wii is gonna last just 5, another thing is 3rd party support, Sony has had more support than Nintendo in the last two generations, and finally, the emotion of playing with the wii controller might fade away very soon, and unless you REALLY like the games Nintendo will be making, you'll end up with an inferior console by far, not like the PS2 was inferior, but a whole new level of inferiority (but if you like the games, graphics won't matter)

 And it is a fair possibility that the PS3 gets more exclusives and more good titles than the Wii.
