The only Alien left was a grub on a Predator starship, which was probably squashed about ten seconds after the movie ended.

Chances are...if that Pred-Alien was quick enough he overtook that ship...using tunnels etc...cuz at any given time he's worth about 5....sooo.....unless Preds traveled in groups of 6-7 they lost that ship...

Is there any way to know how many Yautjas were on that ship?

Exactly. Whenever I see the ending of AvP, I always imagine a fist coming form the side of the screen and popping that grub like a pimple two seconds after the credits roll. 

The Predator also self-destructs. Much like what Sony is doing to the PS3.shaggygrosser

How do you know they wouldn't know it was onboard? Do you honestly think the Predators, which have the technology to cloak, accomplish interstellar travel, etc. cannot detect an infestation on a ship?

Though their ships tend to be very secure they have had many instances where they lose entire clans to Alien infestations...that and Aliens aren't jack crap compared to Pred-Aliens....Pred-Aliens are faaaaar stronger than Predators and 1 Pred-Alien can kill a standard queen no problem. So to say one sneeking intoa ventilation shaft a little while while the Predators do there thing....yeah dude...it would attack fast...OR...it would wait till they landed somewhere.....

you seem to know the canon so you for one should know how many Predators ships have been lost before due to hunts with Aliens...

Yeah, I have to agree with Nextgennow, as much as it pains me. Just like the AvP movie, the Aliens were WAY too overpowered, and the Yautjas weren't given enough credit.
