Personally the wand is gonna be better because of its accuracy and because there are buttons.

I'm more excted for the ball-on-a-stick. Though I think natal will be a bigger commercial success.
Still, I think neither will have many games.

Natal didnt really impress me. I know theres gonna be alot fo issues with it. I mean look at the painting demo, it looked horrible.
Hopefully they both end up being good. I hope Natal doesn't end up like the Eye Toy, which almost never worked.
And I don't think many developers will make games for them.
Both are just attempts to appeal to casual gamers. They will both help lead to the eventual downfall of hardcore gaming.
The thing is about the Wii is that the Wii Remote IS the universal controller. It's not some add-on periphal. The Eye Toy won't stick, and I am hesitant to believe that these will be around for long. A lot of my friends have already said that they won't buy Project Natal. If developers made a game focused around that technology, they would be limiting the audience. We'll have to wait and see how Sony and Microsoft plays their cards, I guess.DeathScape666For once I agree with you :P. It's harder to sell something if they don't need it to play the main chunk of the games. Doesn't help that if people own a Wii are probably not looking for another full console motion experience

That's actually the problem I have with it.. my only friend with a PS3 moved so no wand try-out, and none of my friends with a 360 have even given natal a passing glance:P

I'm sure some hardcore games are going to use a combination of Natal, and the controller. So, there goes your theory.Agreed.Both are just attempts to appeal to casual gamers. They will both help lead to the eventual downfall of hardcore gaming.

Im happy with My dualshock controller. The wand and Natal do not interest me, Perhaps I'd check the wand thing some time but im rather indifferent about itAgentA-Mi6
Same here, I would prefer the PS3's default controller, the SIXAXIS and DUALSHOCK 3. But if the Wand turns out to be awesome, I would get it.
Wii Motion Plus is just as Accurate as Sony's Wand. That is why I would choose the Wand because since Wii Motion Plus has the same result as The Wand I can actually see it working it games. Natal I can see it working for some games but not all Genres, mainly Genres that Wii Motion Plus and the Wand would excel at.the wand is better because its more accurate and u get two wands and the camera. its the most accurate so its the motion controls for the hardcores its not casual like wiimote and milo natal

But I'm just guessing with Natal I'm still stumped with it.

You need a special controller like the PS3 wand for that. But with the 360 controller BOTH hands are then tied to that one controller. Which then makes NATAL completely useless...i'm personally more excited about Natal, as it is something different. Sony's ripoff wand fails to impress me. I think Natal will definitely have some challenges ahead of it in making it work right, but i'd like to see how it turns out.
natal does seem to be more origonal however i won't trust it until i play it for myself cause nintendo touted accurate motion controls when the wii launched when in fact it was just the waggle. the PS3 motion controller however looks solid already and looks to be in great hand considering the vast ammount of studio's sony owns that most likely was already given access to it before it was unveiled (MLB 10 with a wand?). plus at e3 sony showed game based tech demos showing things like batting, sword stuff, and gun aiming so i know hardcore game devs will be able to put it to go use. natal might be better but right now i see the success to fail ratio as 50:50
I'm going to be honest, my sister has a Wii and i feel retarded standing their and waving my arms around...I haven't really seen the "Wand" in action but as i stated..not really a fan of waving my arms...and Natal just looks like something that would appeal to the little kids on Halo 3 n COD4, although some of the features are cool. In my opinion i think Natal might be more successful only because people may like the fact that there is no controller or "Wand". I really don't have high expectations for either one, the reason being, no remote on Natal means lots of issues with motion detection and who's honestly going to buy a "Wand"...seriously..imagine a grown man saying to his friend "Lets go play with my Wand"...awkward..Wii is the premier motion controlled waving your arms around looking ridiculous console, i don't understand why Microsoft and Sony want to try and out-do Nintendo in that department. If i want to exercise I'll go on a treadmill..casual gamers would want games with superior graphics and great story lines i would think, I'm certainly not what you would consider a hardcore gamer but things like this really don't appeal to me...
