xbox is riding into this year with price cuts and TWO halo games coming...no way it's on the decline, it's staying competitive this year

100% agree sony is being lame its just like that they had enough with their blu-ray beating the HD DVD they should learn from MS look all the japanese games on Xbox 360 their US versions are released after 1 month at max while sony japanese games need 1 year to be translated ==; I mean cmon sony stop focusing on Japan only and try boosting your sales in US and Europe they are the biggest markets its a shame to see Star ocean 4 japanese version relaesed on 19/FEB and US version 24/FEB while PS3 best RPG White knight chronicles japanses version was released at 25/DEC/2008 and the US release date is still unknown ==;.

True they ps2 didnt sell 120 millions consoles in 2 years,

and guess if sony drop ps3 price a little it will overcome 360 easily specially 2009 seems to be a great year for ps3 at least in Japan only if sony didnt move its ass fast and started releasing US versions faster.

Because they only cared about blu-ray being adopted as the hd format. They would probably make more money from blu-ray sells, than video game software. Imagine if all the next gen consoles used blu-ray as a standard format, think of how much money sony would make from all the royalties.
