I bet you if the Wii or 360 did this FoldingAtHome, it would've destroyed this PS3 Guinness World Record in every way.

just pitting CPU to CPU....er no.
i have some serious questions about the cells benefits for games. im not saying its crap but, like the emotion engine, i think itll fail to deliver on the hype. its not going to magically push the PS3 into the stratosphere and make everythign else look last gen. the design of the PS3 overall also has to be taken into account.
but when it comes to sheer number crunching, the cell is the daddy. itll pound the wiis, 360s and even high end core 2 quad CPUs into the ground. it just loves number munching, that what it was made for. when u can shift everything to the SPEs the cell just flies. the only down side of it is its not as flexible as a normal CPU. those SPEs arent great at everything. folding @ home have describes it as somewhere between a CPU and GPU. so there is some folding work that the cell is not suitable for.
now if u were to bring the 360s GPU into the equation then things could get interesting. obhiously thats even less flexible than the cell but it could munch through a crap load of data. the 360s GPU is basically a low version of an ATI 2000 series card so its certainly feasible to do use it for folding at home.
finally the wii wouldnt even be in contention. even if all 18 million sold were to get stuck in, it still wouldnt beat the 670,000 PS3s that are doing their thing. the GPU also couldnt be used since thats basically a souped up geforce 2. theyd still get a good bit of work done mind, just not as much.
it would certainly be nice though if MS and ninty allowed a folding client on their machines.
