Neither Xenoblade nor Last Story are confirmed to be coming outside Japan in 2011.

Wii: not sure but I think there is none confirmed so far

360: None

(I think FFXIII-2 will be relead at Q1 2012 in the west)

Either the PSP or DS like every year. The PS3 is getting Ar Tonelico 3, Hyperdimension Neptunia & Trinity: Subtitle I can't remember within the next 2 months but we all know they will score between 4 & 7 for being generic or niche. Microsoft isn't getting any exclusive ones and Nintendo hasn't confirmed localization for any of the Wii JRPG's.

There is some rumors from the voice actors of the first WKC but still not a confirmed release date.

Wii.

Wii is getting Dragon Quest X, but I don't know if it's coming in 2011 or not though.

On the off chance that Dragon Quest X got released in Japan and Xenoblade and Last Story were localized, I'd give it to Wii.

The PC of course. :P
