PS4 doesn't support suspend/resume at launch, XB1 does

It's something very similar(low power state for downloads)....bottom line should be a simple feature to implement, yet even after a day 1 patch it still won't be there.

Suspend and resume is not that major of a selling point. Sure its annoying but its nothing to cancel a pre-order about. Whats more annoying is the touted "TV features" on the X1 not being available in the UK at launch...

Well UK TV is mostly terrible so not a huge loss.

Unless they have worked out a deal with SKY then the TV features will be extremely limited at best. Which is odd as the UK was the first to get TV features on the 360.

but when you factor in all the other features not available at launch like watching blu-ray or dvds. Then the delayed games. This launch gets worse every day. I was going to get one at launch but not anymore. I'll wait till they get their shit together. With this incomplete launch that is obviously rushed I will not be surprised if we start hearing about hardware failures. I'll just sit and wait while both companies figure out what they want to do. None of the launch games look worth shelling out 400-500 bucks to play. And the ones that do I'll be playing on my PC.

I'm pretty sure they're not removing the HDMI-in for the UK launch. But, as usual, the EU marketplace will be gimped on content compared to NA.

Xbox has drops and issues with launch and its a huge story. Meanwhile sony is having the same iasues, but in addition no suspend mode lol and its not a big deal. We def have a double standard here
