As of now, the PS4 (I want the slim version) since it has Persona 5 and Final Fantasy XV/VII remake coming but if the NX gets those and more games from third parties along with a solid first party lineup, then I'm no doubt going with the Big N.
Switch fo sho.
I can get almot everything the Pro and Scorpio have to offer on PC and I already have a PS4 for what few exclusives interest me.
Plus Skyrim...in...mah...hands. Fallout 3/NV ports next plz Bethesda, thanks.
Well, I already have a launch Xbone and launch PS4 and the PS4 Pro (next month) and Xbone Scorpio (a longer ways off at holiday 2017) will be playing those same games.
I don't like the idea of spending $$$ hundreds/thousands of dollars to play the same games I already can play today after spending money on the vanilla hardware, so the Switch wins this one from me as it will be able to play games my Wii U won't get (save for Zelda).
I won't be making a Pro Switch that's for sure. Scorpio with Forza Motorsport 7 is just to irresistable for me.
I see Nintendo winning this poll because it's fresh in peoples minds, or the Pro if the cows call in reinforcements lol.
I'm going to get all 3, but I will rank them based on my hype.
1 - PS4 Pro. The VR enhancements and improvements to Sonys first party games make the Pro number 1 on my list. The lack of 4K bluray playback isn't a huge deal now that I have one in the Xbox One S. In fact, I will be hooking it up to a 1080p TV. Pro is all about VR in my book since it's not really a capable 4K machine. Maybe next gen.
2 - Nintendo Switch. The main gimmick of the Switch doesn't really appeal to me as much as it will to most. I play most of my games at home. I play the 3DS and Vita at home. The Joy-con controllers worry me a little bit as do things like battery life and internet functionality. How will we play online in "handheld mode?" That makes games like Splatoon far less enjoyable on the go. It's a neat idea, but I don't have lengthy commutes or pockets big enough to carry the Switch with me everywhere I go. More Nintendo titles is a good thing though!
3 - Xbox Scorpio. If I wasn't a PC enthusiasts, the Scorpio would be a no-brainer. But the fact that I have a PC that is better than the Scorpio right now, and I can play all of the games the Scorpio will have on the PC, I don't really see a point for me to have one. Maybe it will replace the Xbox One S as my 4K/HDR bluray player in the living room. Who knows?
Switch without a doubt. Solely on the basis that I actually have some minor interest in it whereas I haven't even paid a shred of attention to the others.
Unfortunately the portable aspect does nothing for me. I work from home, I rarely travel or commute, and when I do, I'm the one driving. But hey, Nintendo games lol. That's really all there is to it for me, I want my Nintendo stuff and maybe they'll be doing more work with Platinum as well.
You already know how I am about these other boxes. I play consoles for their exclusives. I still haven't unpacked my PS4 after moving two months ago. A slightly better version of that system isn't going to solve my issue with it. If I owned an Xbone it'd be in the same boat, so no Scorpio for me either.
@GoldenElementXL: The Joycon controllers and the Pro controller are separate
Yeah, I know. But playing multiplayer with the Joycon sticks looks silly and uncomfortable. And what happens when you lose one of those damn things? I will be getting the Pro controller for sure!
*Edit- Whoops that was a typo, sorry.
At the moment, no console has enough games to interest me. One one hand, I dont have a PS4 and there are 2 games I want on it. The Switch has an amazing concept but, no games are announced so it is hard to be hyped for it. But at the very least, the Switch can fulfill a niche that the PS4 and Xbone can't.
Switch for sure. Just because xbox Scorpio is coming out, doesn't mean it will stop games from flopping . Heck the Xbox one couldn't stop gears, qb and halo from flopping and that's MS biggest hitters !!
I have as much interest in the Switch as I had in the Wii U (which is more or less the same thing except you can now take your shitty console out with you).
No need for Scorpio I have a good PC.
So PS4 Pro it is, except maybe it isn't as it doesn't have a 4K bluray player so I might not get it at all. Waiting for reviews to see how dramatic the upgrade is for PS4 exclusives. Jury out basically.
Maybe you should have added a 'none of the above' option in the poll.
I have a functioning PS4 so I'm not interested in PS4 Pro or the scorpio.
I'm insanely hyped for switch. Being able to seamlessly take the new Zelda, Mario, and Dragon Quest wherever I go is extremely exciting to me.
Keeping my year OG PS4 for now. If Sony has another strong E3, I may upgrade to the Pro.
In the unlikely chance that Nintendo prices the Switch reasonably (not likely), I could see myself getting one for my kid.
New approach to gaming and modular design.
Or graphical upgrades.
Hmmmm... tough choice
I'll pick the one in my avatar.
My PS4 works fine and is my primary so I'm going with the Switch. I'll get a PS4 Pro only if my current PS4 bricks so...
So Sony should send out an update that bricks everyones PS4?
Since 90% of what I play and every gen multiplats end up containing my favorite games, I'll say Scorpio since the other two consoles wont hold a candle to it power wise LOL
@blueinheaven: I think the "secret" benefit to the Pro will be more stable framerates on games that are pretty bad right now. Stuff like Bloodborne should hold 30 nicely now without a patch. It's probably not enough to lure me in, but 20-something FPS is... not tasty
PS4 Pro is a negative because I don't use my PS4 that much and the upgrade is half assed.
Switch is currently a negative because I am not interested in a handheld device that pretends to be a home console in which the processing capabilities are still up for grabs.
Scorpio is currently a negative because it has less info about the system than the other two.

Before the full Pro specs were released I thought that too but it uses the same CPU just slightly overclocked so there won't be any natural benefit to FPS. The whole thing seems geared towards 4K upscaling and PSVR which explains to me why Sony were so quiet about it leading up to the announcement.
I voted switch. I'll wait about 6 months after it comes out and it's dependent on hardware specs but not a lot interests me on PS4 or xbox right now. Not to mention being able to bring my games on the road with me. Huge plus.
@blueinheaven: IDK, we'll have to see. If it can do 20-30fps at 1440-1800p, then it should hold 1080p games at a pegged 30 just fine. The CPU demands aren't going to go anywhere except down from those higher resolutions.
*edit* - I hope someplace like DF follows up on that point, for curiosity's sake. I think everyone will be focused on how the upgraded games look, but it would be super informative since the majority of older titles probably will not get upgrades

I can only equate it to my experience on PC. You can have a pretty weak CPU and run a very good GPU on PC without performance issues within reason. The CPU on the PS4 does not fall into the 'within reason' category it's a piece of junk. It bottlenecked its own GPU right from the off hence all the FPS problems and everything running at 30 fps with a few exceptions.
The Pro has a much better GPU and the same shitty CPU slightly improved. Nothing will hit 60 fps in upscaled 4K on the Pro and in 1080p it's pretty much the same CPU so all the problems they originally had will still be right there saying 'hello'.
I have absolutely no words to explain such stupidity. I'll take a wild guess and say the tech guys said this is a really bad idea and the marketing guys said hey we need to hit this price point and we can do it with this cheap crappy CPU and if we ditch the 4K bluray player and so the Pro was born.
The Switch. I like what I saw in that trailer, and I think this would be a perfect complement to my X1. However, I wish nintendo should have gone full guns blazing with more info on specs, launch price and launch games. It's becoming excruciating at this point.
Scorpio is way way off. Probably get one when my original X1 dies.
And I have no interest in a PS4 Pro or the PS4 exclusives, so that's irrelevant and redundant.
1. Nintendo Switch (Will definitely get at launch since I always love Nintendo consoles and the Switch looks awesome)
2. Xbox One Scorpio (Will probably get, so that I have the most powerful console on the market to play multiplats on and it looks to be a pretty significant upgrade over my current Xbox One)
3. PS4 Pro (Will probably not get anytime soon unless my current PS4 breaks since it really doesn't offer much advantage over my current PS4 and I don't even use my current PS4 very much)
Nintendo Switch is the only obvious answer for me. I don't need a ps4pro to enjoy future ps4 games. I need switch for that sweet Nintendo magic
It's a toss-up right now between Scorpio and Switch, though I voted Switch because I'm compulsive and it'll be out sooner and probably more affordable, plus I already have an Xbox One and no 4K UHDTV so a Scorpio is kind of redundant and unnecessary for now. However, after that, definitely a Scorpio, then a new TV, and not sure if I'll get a PS4 Pro since I already have a PS4 and I rarely play it, but if I did upgrade then that'll be last.
If I were ever considering a PS4 Pro though, I'd at least wait a few months, I'm guessing possibly that Sony might start producing models with 4K UHD Blu-ray players to try to shake off any criticism of not having one, and if that's the case, I'd rather be the late purchaser with a 4K UHD Blu-ray player than the angry one that got stiffed buying the thing at launch.
Switch by far. This generation, both ps4 and xbone, has been the worst generation since the early 80s and a few extra pixels isnt going to fix that. Im switching to PC and since i already have original ps4, no need for console upgrade. Nintendo almost always delivers on content so i was already interested before reveal. U cant beat intoxicated smash bros, mario party, and mario kart :P
