The thread title is an oxymoron.

How so it is the greatest service on console. The ps3 with psn+ is the greatest value in the history of consoles. You look at nintendo and the online is a joke. You look at the 360 and you pay 60 bucks just to game online and use netflix. You look at the ps3 with psn plus and there is well over 1k in content for 50 bucks.
If you just had psn plus and bought no games you would still have plenty of content to play. You look at gold and they feel the pressure and started to throw a couple games out.
Nothing that you buy on PSN you end up owning.Â
If you buy a game, then you can download it only twice. After the second time, you will have to buy the game again.
If you stop paying psn+ subscription, you lose access to all your free downloads.
And by being the greatest service on consoles, it doesn´t mean it´s great service.Â
Saying that psn is better than xbl, it´s like saying  a demon is better than Satan. Yeh sure, but still both will suck life from you.
For what it was and a first crack at a new IP it was decent. Difficulty coulda used some major tweaking though.,Kingdoms of Amalur... Why?
It was decent, I guess.

That part is not true. When I was trying to get a new 1TB HDD working in my PS3 I downloaded numerous games more than twice, and it never tried to charge me for downloading the games again.
Maybe you are confusing downloading multiple times with the game sharing restriction where you can only have a game active under your username on two consoles at a time?
KoA is a good game, but it does get a really boring. The game really needed to end about 2/3rds of the way through. It just seems to drag on for no reason. I never did finish it on the 360. Still for a PS+ included game it's a good choice, and I will attempt to play back through it again.
Do you think that was because of difficulty or just the game was too long?KoA is a good game, but it does get a really boring. The game really needed to end about 2/3rds of the way through. Way to make a subjective statement sound like fact. You do know value is subjective? Just curious because cows don't seem to understand this concept. Please Log In to post.
