What does Xbox Live have that PSN doesn't? I seriously don't know, not being sarcastic

in-game voice chat, cross game parties and voice messaging is pretty much it
Playstation 3 has all of that. In game voice, voice messaging, but not sure what you mean about cross game parties. It means's if we are friends, and you are playing Gears of War, and I am playing Halo 3 (or doing anything at all on xbox live) I will know you are online. We can even chat in a group of up to 8 people even if we are all playing different games. Then we could organize playing say Left 4 Dead together now since we all know we are all online just from signing into Xbox live. It's like a continuous network of say Resistance 2, or Killzone 2's friends lists that applies to all of Xbox live all the time.
Is it worth 50$ a year? Not really. But If I want to play Halo or Gears or any multiplats with my friends (the only friend of mine with a PS3 won't even play online), I choose to pay.
Since I do pay however I find it to be a nice feature and use it constantly. Saves me from the little kids singing and stuff. It's a feature I wish PS3 would adopt. I also wish they would pack a Mic in the box.
