PSN is down and been down for hours.

As reported here, but never fear as it appears to be most affected in the US, maybe one of Musk's interns hacked Sony lol.

And it appears to be down around most of the world but not as bad as the US, except for Australia as I can attest to it still working as my son is currently playing online with the PS4 🤣

I definitely remember that PSN outage back in 2011. I remember exactly where I was at the time and was getting lots of use out of my PS3. And guess what, we're back at it again. PSN is way too expensive for this shit to be happening again in 2025!!!

I'm done with psn.. I'm switching full time to my Xbox now. They might not have any exclusive games, but at least I can play halo infinite online with the dozen other players!

Yeah, Sony has a really bad track record of not only outages, but the time their engineers take to get it back online takes for ever.

Good thing I'm playing Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 right now.. lol. Took a few days off from online gaming, so it doesn't effect me in the least this time. My kids got kicked offline and can't get back on though.

Having multiple services that can go down independently from eachother > having one overbearing service that can go down and take every game with it.
