As the title says, PSN or Xbox Live? In my opinion, I like Xbox live better. If you think PSN is better because it's 'free', that's wrong. Thats just an advantage.

There's already a very big thread debating on whether XBL is worth the money. I think you'll find everyone's opinion on PSN and XBL in there.

So we arent allowed to prefer something when it has an advantage? lol.
I prefer PSN. If you prefer Live because it has 'cross game chat' then you're wrong. Thats just an advantage.
Live for me.
I think the XMB is too minimalistic, I like the idea of folders and subfolders for my arcade games and downloads. Don't get me wrong, I love both systems, but Live just has a better flow to it.

Not arguing your preference, but the XMB is a series of folders and sub folders and actually is more flexible in terms of how you wish to group those folders for your games, videos, music, photos, etc.
If you prefer the interface of the 360 then cool, but PSN has exactly what you mentioned and actually does it better.
Polls the most useless thing to come to the internet...or the world for that matter.
Xbox live by the way

lol XB interface is just the XMB turned on its side(and implemented well after XMB was in the open).[QUOTE="kerrman"]

When it comes to the interface the PS3 is a convoluted mess, I also get spamed with 800 errors sometimes just trying to enter the PSN store and I still can't find the two free "welcome back"games that I downloaded! *scatches headPSN. I get all the features of XBL for free. The same features that shouldn't cost a single cent to use.
1) PSN is free
2) PSN+ is free for 30 days right now
3) Free games
4) I hate the look of the XBL store
5) PSN is pretty
6) PSN is blue. I like blue.
7) I only own a PS3 ;)
8) I'm not paying for Kinect advertisements
9) When I pay for PSN+ I actually get my money's worth back from free games to demos to betas. I don't pay just to play.
I very much prefer PSN :)
Yeah, thats why the rest of us that own both systems keep paying an annual fee for XBL right? Because the whole experience is the exactsame thing and we just love to throw away money right?PSN. I get all the features of XBL for free. The same features that shouldn't cost a single cent to use.

Oh, and I forgot to mention that PSN has no advertisements. Lemmings are milked to the max, monthly fees + advertisements. You poor souls :(.

Well you really don't have much choice if you want to play online, do you?

If you didn't pay an annual fee for XBL, you wouldn't be able to play Gears of War 3 or Halo or any other game you get on your Xbox online...so...it's not like you have a choice. Unless you love paying $60 for half a game, then you'll love it :)

I'm playing RDR so I just sorta skimmed your post because I realized I was getting attacked by bears.

Yeah true, I couldn't play GeoW3 or Halo but it still doesn't change the fact that XBL does everything better than PSN in every possible way but free. Hate MS all you want for charging for something that you feel should be free, but dont act like there's no differences between the two because that's a lie and you can't expect anyone that has both systems to really take you very seriously.[QUOTE="ScottMescudi"]
PSN. I'd rather not pay $60 a year just to play games online
Remmib
It's actually $35, just sayin'.
MS dropped the XBL price?! Either way it's stupid to pay for online. :P

Next time, start a little bit of discusison. And don't tell people their opinion is wrong, it doesn't start a discussion very well.
