PSN suddenly down, errors preventing access

I don't have any issues but I think this is my chance to make a thread that goes past the 3 pages since people tend to become a bit crazy with these kind of news. :)

The sky is blue, the grass is green, and PSN is having problems. Seems like a typical day.

I just signed in to the network.. no clue what TC is talking about :/

GameSpot or PSN, who is least reliable?

Saw thread, saw very questionable source in link, still I turned on my PS3 in livingroom.

I then dealt with horrible gamespot.com forum code to come and say this is bogus for me and my PSN friends online right now.

22 PSN friends online playing :

All Star Battle Royal Beta, Starhawk, a few playing Borderlands 2, a few playing COD8 : MW3, Double Dragon Neon, SSF4, Ratchet & Clank HD Collection, a few playing MvC2, MGS4, a few playing VF5, SSX, one watching Amazon Prime, and a few others are idle.

EDIT : GAMESPOT.COM is straight up broke right now, worst it's ever been.

For those who wanna know since we are closing to October the PSN resign is also closing by, we might see PSN store going down for few days for the new redesign

I have a maxed out friends list, but it's Monday night so some of them may be playing PC, 360, Wii, or just watching TV. I have had most online before, which was pretty insane. Usually on the weekends. My 360 is the same way with maxed friendslist and people rocking on the weekends. :P

ispeakfact is gone? man, i have to admit he was a good troll.

Anyway, maybe that's the reason there weren't many people playing a while ago? perhaps not every regions were experiencing problems.

It was down for a few hours for maintenance but it's back up now.

PsN wasn't ready for the awsomeness that is Tokyo Jungle being released today, need to get a PsN card so I can download it.

You get what you pay for and psn is FREE.

I think PSN is working better than Gamespot is at the moment.

If I remain logged in to Steam I see regular disconnects but I don't rush to the forums to try and make Valve look bad now do I? TC is a tool.

PSN just gave up when ispeakfact got banned... such a shame.

I first heard about it from my friend Final Star. He has some leaked image plans for it, it looks very much improved. Ask him if you want to see it.

The redesign is happening in the next few days I believe....

gamespots forums wouldnt even work for me last night on my other pc i couldnt click the topics ,

they need to fix these problems along with the oops error , also sony needs to fix their stuff , i hate when im watching a bluray and this message pops up saying disconnected , every time
