Cause we all have T1 and we all have similar broadband experiencesToriko42This basically takes the cake.
But if you plug the T1 into the xbox I'd presume the results would be different.senses_fail_06
Exactly what I was thinking.
Depending what you want to do... cable or dsl would be actually faster than a regular t1 line. A t1 line is 1.5mbps up and down. While cable modem's in some areas are already at 100mbps.
Xbox 360 could use a t1 line too... I would rather have my cable connection though.
the 100mbps limit on cable isnt how fast it acutally goes, it just tells you the maximum speed possible. If your internet really went 100mbps, you would be downloading at 12.5 MB per second, and I don't know anyone who has internet that fast. And you are mistaken. T1 is 1.5MBps+ not 1.5mbps. Big difference. MBps = Megabytes per second and mbps = megabits per second. 8 megabits per second = 1 Megabyte per second.Depending what you want to do... cable or dsl would be actually faster than a regular t1 line. Using a T1 connection with my PS3 is so much faster then my friends Xbox Live connection with Comcast. 360 loses again. IoIfaqs
Nop, Fakeboys loses again with this threads so ridiculous.
Using a T1 connection with my PS3 is so much faster then my friends Xbox Live connection with Comcast. 360 loses again. IoIfaqsI am trying to figure out how that's the 360's fault. But, whatever...I never have lag on Live, so 360 wins again. :)

Im not saying its a live only problem, Im saying that on practically every game on LIVE and every game on PSN that isnt 1st party/published by Sony you get lag at some point, depending on the Hosts connection. On 1st party/Sony published games u get dedicated servers so unless the server crashes, the lag situation is great.
nice car in your sig :DMy Xbox 360 on the Starship Enterprise at Warp 9.75 > your PS3 on a F/A-18 Hornet at Mach 2.
See what I did thar?

Why? Because the Xbox got owned?
yeah the xbox got owned even though this actually has nothing to do with either system. this topic has to do with the guys isp and his friends isp.[QUOTE="MortalDecay"][QUOTE="IoIfaqs"]Using a T1 connection with my PS3 is so much faster then my friends Xbox Live connection with Comcast. 360 loses again. There's always going to be someone that comes in and ruins it for everyone else. You just need to avoid it.
