PSP beats DS - Crisis Core sells 470k, loses to Pokemon.

Wow that game sure did sell PSP's. Granted the DS will be back on top next time..but..not too bad for a dead handheld.

guess a lot of Japanese bought a psp for the game, probably had a special edition one.

you do know that it sold 470k, while pokemon sold 548k, right? cause that means it didn't surpass pokemonz

and for 1 week the psp outsold the DS. What about the week when Zelda was released? how much more was sold then?

Btw im not saying that halo or ff7are **** just to make that clear, there both good games. So unless sony improves there gameplan its not gonna happen. Ill end on a positive not about the psp. It's hardware has great potential to do alot of awesome things. It was sonys first try aand considering that its not too bad but they have got along way to go but if they wann beat nintendo there next handheld's really gonna have to pull things round.

No, no, you misunderstand me. I meant software sales total. I know there are quite a few good games on the PSP. I also know that there are very few that are million or even half-a-million seller games especially compared to the DS. Sorry about any confusion.

For all the times I've bashed the PSP for its apparent uselessness (to me), I have to point out that in terms of sales numbers, the PSP is right in the middle of the pack. On a year-by-year basis, it outsells the Xbox, Xbox 360, PS3, and GCN, but comes in behind the GBA, DS, Wii, and PS2.

First day: 350k

wow... it has been like what two years the ds has been on the top of the sales? but because of one month... all the sudden the ds is going to die... just like those few months the cube was ahead of the ps2... yup the ps2 sure met its doom...
