PSW is a **** magazine. They said Grand Theft Auto IV was a PS3 exclusive in one issue.

The article is retarded, Crysis was in the works for how many years and you think their going to make 50% more of a game in less then 1 year???

And don't say, well they've probably been working on it for sometime, because the CEO of crytek is on record I believe as late as DECEMBER 07 saying they were not working on any console version of the game, but didn't rule out the possibility.

They also said though if their is a console version it will likely be outsourced to another studio.

This is the THIRD time that PSW has brought up this rumor.

Wanna know the last time? In January. Remember the Crysis 1.5 thing? They are repeating themselves. The time before that was over a year ago... PSW is quite honestly full of a bunch of useless idiots who are pretending to be games journalists. Even cows know that.

Crysis is a great game, the graphics are secondary. Anyway this game looks great on Medium. With smaller levels consoles could get higher than medium at 720p. I can't see crysis being a problem on console and i'm a hermit.

Below are 2 screenshots. 1 all medium with no AA no AF and 1 at all high with 4xAA and 8xAF. Even the medium looks nice. I expect the consoles to get somewhere in between these at 720p(lower res than pc). With smaller levels.

looks like ps3 gets the best version of crysisstereointegrity

Though am still sceptical on Crysis being in dev for the PS3, as long as they do a great port or even better if they out in new stuff or a new twist to the story...
