amazing news for Wii fans.

Famitsu didn't give the game good reviews but I urge anyone even people that hate and detest anime to watch Hajime no Ippo which is the anime this game is based on. I finished all 76 episodes in three days it was so amazing.

I wrote a review in my blog for it if anyone is interested

more like 0.75 to 1, it fails to register faster punches.

even using the classic controller, it seems slow compared to the PS2 versions.

Man the fights in it are freaking incredible. If the game could create half the suspense and tension of the anime it would score a perfect 10.

You obviously missed the Gamespot coverage of this game during their live E3 coverage. The developer they interviewed confirmed the north america release of this game and played the game for like 10-15 mins.

Well, from the two vids I watched there were no highlights to any over the top special moves. You got a link to where I can see some moves in the likeness of Super Macho Man, Bald Bull, etc..?:)

I've never played the game but if its in any way faithful to the anime there will be tons of interesting characters, techniques, and moves. Mashiba's Flicker Jab is just insane.
