Exclusive for the PS3 or Multiplat ?AgentA-Mi6
"We have an exclusive relationship with Sony,"Cage told CVG. "The relationship on Heavy Rain has been fantastic. They trusted us from day one, supported us all the way through. It was really a very risky project [for them] and they never let us down.
"Being a part of a company with what are probably the best studios in the world is something really pleasant for us.We're happy to continue this relationship and create content for the PlayStation brand. But they fund our projects, so we're staying exclusive to PlayStation. David Cage

Why? I wouldnt care about anything if i had the visually better version of the Witcher 2Incredible. I feel a little bad for 360 only gamers.

Never watched that show, but I'm assuming some sarcasm here. This is like when Nintendo unveiled Donkey Kong Country.
I was riiiiiight[QUOTE="Cherokee_Jack"][QUOTE="Cherokee_Jack"]and having bad voice acting.HAZE-Unit
I disagree, the voice of Kara was superb.
Both voices were awkward. Most lines had some sort of weird inflection.\[QUOTE="HAZE-Unit"][QUOTE="Cherokee_Jack"] I was riiiiiightCherokee_Jack

You don't seem to be new here, of course they're jelly and not just them.I checked the comments on youtube, I don't know whats the reason but PC elitists r jelly

"I'm a sort of merchandise...is that right?"
"You're disassembling me but why?"
"I've only just been born you can't kill me yet!"
And then there's almost everything the guy says, he sounds like some intern they stuck in a sound booth.

I'm really not sure what you're talking about.

yes there is something awkward when she asks "but why?" or when she says "yet!", the finishing does not sync very well with the rest of the lines, that need some attention from David Cage as a director, overall I think it's superb, the voice actress is amazing.
Simply amazing, I want to see this turned into a game. I want to know her story, they better not pass on this opportunity.
I don't expect them to either since the Heavy Rain casting concept was similar to the final game.
"I've only just been born you can't kill me yet!" This line she didn't act very well, but overall really good voice acting from her.TheGuardian03
If this is the quality of voice acting that we're going to have in their next game, then it's a day one buy for me.

Cage said it was both a tech demo to showcase the engine and a "thank you" short film for their fans, or peopel who invested in Heavy Rain.
bottomline, the tech is amazing 'cause it was running in real-time and the plot of the short was awesome. a much better trailer/short than the ME3 live action or those Halo live action ones.

Was very believable I find that it was very great and deep. The fact that Kara went from an "IT" to a "her" in mind just shows how well performed it was."I'm a sort of merchandise...is that right?"

Meh. Sounds like a cliched premise and the voice-acting ranged from decent to subpar. The motion capture is impressive, I guess, but I can only imagine the game will revolve around glorified quick-time events considering the developer.princeofshapeir
yeah, and voice acting in Rockstar games are sooooo great and their plots are soooo not cliched. oh and their gameplay are soooo not boring.

GTA's voice acting is the best in the industry.ROFL americans who try to mimic italians, russians, mexicans, etc. are considered "great" by who else other than americans themselves. pathetic.
Heavy Rain was bad because main characters were boring as sh*t. This one looks promising.silversix_
no they weren't. they had their own motives and politics. Madison was compassionate with Ethan but she'll do anything to get any info on her story by stripping or even lying. Jayden was honest but he was an addict, Shelby had reasons (uh-oh), and Ethan was just a great dad. boring? and thiis is coming from a guy that has a Battlefield avatar?
go back playing your black and white, good and bad WRPGs. bleh.

IV had amazing voice acting, RDR was a definite step up. Sorry if it angers you that Americans are hired to do accents for games marketed for western audiences, particularly Americans, but I guess you can always change the language options if you hate filthy American trash. Please Log In to post.
