Ofcourse i liked it, but not as much as San Andreas, since IV was obviously a 'spiritual' sequel to GTA III.
Now GTA V, now that's San Andreas improved tenfold.

Yeah it was pretty fun. Aside from customization options, it's without a doubt the best GTA. The engine alone puts it way up there.
Most people liked it, but on SW you will have fanboys, trolls, haters and just hipsters to deal with.
GTA is popular, but a lot of kids here have their own opinions, which is why so many popular games (Skyrim, Fallout, Call of Duty, Battlefield) get blasted by ignorant people who mistake their opinion for fact.
The loud minority can be the most heard, but I have never met someone that didn't like GTA IV. Maybe they wanted it to be something different, but GTA IV was definitely a great game, that can't be doubted.
For a good while I didn't like it, but now I appreciate it for what it is. It's not a bad game, but no "10" either, and not as good as previous entries in the series, imo.

It was okay, my biggest gripe about the game was the overall feel and control of the characters/shooting was way too clunky.
Overall, yes, all GTA's are fun to play. Not as good as Vice City or San Andreas though; lacks character, atmosphere and customization options.
