how do you have a better track record than valve or blizzard. The take so dang long to put a game out they only have like 10 titles ever made each and every single one rocks.

There are many great developers out there. A few of which have a near perfect track record of quality, production values, and fun. then again, there are other developers whose products vary from masterworks to shovelware.
So here's the question:
If you saw a new game box, and all you saw on the box was the words: "A -------- Production," what would you fill the gap with to make the game a guarantee purchase?
