Like he says, contracts can not be broken, sony doesn't play with timed exclusives. This is coming from the CEO of Sony so I'm sure it is a reliable source.

Well technically contracts can be broken, but that tends to lead to litigation.

Right now it's a PS3 only title. Yes that's true. That can't be denied.

However, I don't trust any companies words like I did a decade ago. Too much lying going on. In this case, Rockstar is a 3rd Party company, I can see other versions hitting a year later.

If it doesn't, good for Rockstar not lying, but I look at their history, and I don't see them making anything exclusive for long.

If it doesn't sell well enough, it will move to 360. Games are too expensive for 3rd parties to leave that kind of money on the table. Just ask Square Enix.

Heck, even if it does sell well, it'll probably show up on the 360. No Rockstar game has ever stayed exclusive to one console.

Sony knows how to keep exclusives better. I can't think of one game with the "Only on Playstation" tag that has been ported to another system. There's a ton of 360 games with "Only on Xbox 360" tag that get ported to PS3 all the time.Parasomniac

If the rumors about Song giving up the timed exclusive for GTA4 for this game are true, then i doubt it's going any where. Do people really think Sony would give up timed exclusivity of GTA4 for timed exclusivity of another, no name, unproven game? Highly unlikely, which is why i think Agent won't be going to any other system this gen. But then again, stranger things have happened.
